Rates

My rates are based on skills and experience attained over the span of my career. My VA clients can choose from two retainer rates.  All rates are billed in one-minute increments.

  • My 10-hour Retainer hourly rate is for those clients who are ready for a long-term partnership and can commit to a minimum of 10 hours each month.  These clients retain my time, paid in advance every month, for the duration of the partnership.  Additional hours are billed at the same retainer rate; however, unused time does not roll over to the next month.  The 10-hour Retainer Rate is $50 an hour, billed in one-minute increments, with a ten hour minimum ($500) paid in advance every month.  BONUS: HTML newsletter maintenance at 10-hour retainer rate.
  • My 5-hour Retainer hourly rate is for those clients who are ready for a long-term partnership and can commit to a minimum of (5) hours each month.  These clients retain my time, paid in advance every month, for the duration of the partnership.  Additional hours are billed at the same retainer rate; however, unused time does not roll over to the next month.  The 5-hour Retainer Rate is $55 an hour, billed in one-minute increments, with a five hour minimum ($275) paid in advance every month.  BONUS: HTML newsletter maintenance at five-hour retainer rate.
  • Any Expenses acquired, specific to the operation of a client's business (example: postage, letterhead, stationery, office supplies specific to the client's needs, etc.), are billed to the client. Note: Normal daily office supplies and equipment are my responsibility and expense; they are not billed to the client.
  • In addition to Virtual Assistant services, I provide Web Design and Maintenance services at a separate, reasonable rate of $60 per hour, billed in one-minute increments. My objective is to work in a collaborative manner with you in order to design a site that uniquely represents you and/or your business.  For web design/maintenance clients only (no VA services required), a one hour minimum is required the month in which services are provided.  (To review detailed information about what is included with the web design and maintenance services, please see the Web Design Request.)
